An Ordinance of the Township of Spring, Centre County, PA, amending Chapter 21 Zoning Ordinance of Spring Township.

It shall be illegal for any person to cause, allow or permit the spilling or depositing of dirt, mud, brush, yard waste, rubbish or any other item from a loaded vehicle or adjoining property upon any street, highway, alley or right-of-way of the Township.  See attachment for more information.
